因涉嫌槍殺女友轟動全球的南非「刀鋒戰士」Oscar Pistorius，目前全案結束結辯程序已走完，法官將在南非時間9月11日做出最終判決。

6面帕運金牌在身的 Pistorius，涉嫌在2013年2月14日於家中開槍打死Reeva Steenkamp，引起全球關注，並開始漫長的法庭攻防戰。

為了這場官司，Pistorius 相當有名的律師團隊進行辯護，並由當中第一把交椅Barry Roux進行結辯。

與控方律師不同的是，Roux一直在塑造刀鋒戰士的悲情形象，強調他年經、缺乏安全感、深愛女友、幼年時期曾受過虐待等，目的在將蓄意謀殺的指控引導至過失致死。

辯方強調的是，由於種種缺陷，Pistorius有很強的武裝心態，才會在誤認有賊闖入家中的情況下，開槍打死女友。

Roux也不忘一一反駁控方提出的證據，質疑證人陳述的內容不夠客觀，並主張他的當事人應無罪釋放。
