標題[討論] 豬屎屋導入設計思考，是福是禍？

最近有間豬屎屋，導入了設計思考流程到RD的工作裡當權長官門相當迷信這是公司解藥，RD表面上是玩得不亦樂乎也有另外一派長官覺得這是胡搞，在等著看笑話也有不少RD們反而私下在抱怨不務正業原本專注在做技術的工作，變得更雜更沒工作效率了那些人原本願意加班的不加班了，來給他準時下班我是霧裡探花，看得霧煞煞，是福是禍，一整個不明白諸位資深前輩覺得呢？台廠這樣子搞，能活得更好嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.247.185 ※ 編輯: DonChingWu 來自: 114.34.247.185 (08/11 02:23)
