租屋處不給租　學生怒批「迎中生」

中原大學學生在學校附近租屋，但租屋處最近公告，宣布下學年起，整棟公寓改由中原大學國際事務處承租，要求住宿生在租約到期後搬走。學生抨擊是因為校方招收中國來台的交換學生，急於為中國學生找宿舍。

今日出刊的《自由時報》報導，中原大學學生在PTT上抨擊學校「趕台灣生、迎中國學生」，學校和房東在事前並未和住宿學生溝通就擅自「趕人」，房東得知有住宿生投訴媒體，前天晚上緊急撤除公告。中原大學校方澄清，可能是房東私下所為才造成誤會，將敦促房東與租屋學生達成充分、善意的溝通。（夏至賢／綜合報導）
