若遇到這樣的惡鄰居，真的令人很無奈！新竹一名婦人常在自家陽台播放佛經，還播了十幾年，也會在深夜敲打鍋碗瓢盆，影響到附近鄰居，沒想到婦人還恐嚇鄰居，嗆聲要找人氣爆，21名住戶最後聯合提告，婦人被依恐嚇罪嫌起訴。

新竹一名婦人十幾年來，都會在自己家的陽台播放佛經，晚上還會傳出各種噪音，吵到附近鄰居睡不著，社區總幹事向婦人反應，婦人沒有道歉反而出言恐嚇，揚言要找人氣爆。

21名住戶最後忍受不下去，決定聯合提告，檢方認為婦人的確出言恐嚇，將婦人依恐嚇罪嫌起訴。

另外，在高雄也有一名婦人，為報復鄰居製造噪音，竟在自家24小時重複、大聲播放佛經，想要以牙還牙，社區其他住戶勸阻無效，因此提告，婦人被判須賠償58萬。
