請問批次檔該如何輸出日文?

Windows 的 Console 對多語系的支援很差很差。

1.
最不容易衝突的做法就是把電腦語系切換到日文下，不過會日文以外的文字會變成亂碼...

2.
或者是執行 chcp 65001，切換 Console 文字模式為 UTF-8 (還要再改個支援 UTF-8 的字體)，不過 Windows 對這方面的支援不完善，有很大的機率還是會遇到亂碼問題。

結論就是 Windows 做的爛，除非你只有英文和日文要處理，不然問題不能順利解決！
