大考中心漲報名費　綠委：卻花大錢出國考察

【林修卉╱台北報導】《蘋果》日前踢爆，大考中心去年赴中國雲南考察，12人12天花48萬7207元，公務行程僅4天，上月邀中國教育部考試中心來台，8天8人竟編70萬元。民進黨立委黃偉哲今舉行記者會指出，大考中心去年考試個人報名費從200元漲成250元，每個考科費用從150元漲成170元，他質疑大考中心一手調高報名費，另一手卻拿考生報名費亂花錢。

大考中心副主任洪冬桂表示，「我們不要維持費嗎？這幾年物價上漲，二、三年才調20塊而已！」對於赴中國考察花大錢，洪說，大考中心是自己付機票錢去大陸，落地讓中國招待，中國考試中心的人自己付機票，來台灣由大考中心招待；她強調，「大陸其實是最省錢的地方。」

黃偉哲質疑，12人去中國的機票費用高達48萬7207元，是不是全部都坐頭等艙？洪冬桂僅回答，「主任坐商務艙，其他都坐經濟艙。」卻未說明為何來回機票是高於一般票價的2倍。
