殺害前女友外婆 男子遭聲押

因為與前女友復合無望，涉嫌殺害前女友外婆的男子高偉翔，經台南地檢署檢察官訊問後向法院聲請羈押；檢方表示，高某涉嫌刑法殺人罪嫌、竊盜罪及剝奪他人行動自由等罪嫌。

其中殺人罪係屬最輕本刑5年以上有期徒刑重罪，且被告自承原本計畫再行綑綁前女友，犯案後還一度逃離現場遭民眾合力抓回，再者因被告住在新北市，居所地址不明，顯有湮滅證據及逃亡之虞，基於上述理由，向臺灣臺南地方法院聲請羈押。
