哈瑪斯：有條件接受人道停火

（中央社卡達首都杜哈23日綜合外電報導）巴勒斯坦哈瑪斯組織領導人馬夏艾（Khaled Meshaal）表示，如果以色列停止封鎖加薩，他願意接受人道停火，但除非所有條件都符合，哈瑪斯不願全面停火。

他在卡達召開記者會說：「大家都要我們接受停火，之後再談判我們應該有的權利，我們拒絕，我們今天再度拒絕。」
