遠東商銀統籌主辦，香港航空3年期、8800萬美元聯貸案完成簽約，遠東銀表示，預計今年海外分行獲利占比可較目前3成提升。

遠東銀指出，香港航空成立於2001年，前身為中富航空，是繼國泰航空、港龍航空後，第 3家在香港註冊的航空公司。

港航目前擁有機隊23架，經營24條客運航線及12條貨運航線，去年載運旅客409萬人次、貨物23.1萬公噸，分別占香港吞吐量6.8%及5.6%。

近幾年雖燃油成本上漲，但拜大中華區域經濟發展及香港航運樞紐地位之賜，加上中國大陸赴港旅遊人口激增，在客源穩定增長下，香港航空的營收與獲利逐年成長，現金流量穩定。

遠東銀表示，香港航空計劃運用這次聯貸案資金支應中期營運周轉需求，持續加強企業競爭力。(中央社)
