聯合國與挪威官員今天(14日)表示，2013年全球共有3.33億人因國內爆發戰亂而流離失所，比2012年多出4,500萬人。
聯合國難民署和挪威難民理事會(Norwegian Refugee Council)今天提出的報告顯示，去年共有820萬人逃離家園，其中敘利亞就有350萬人，相當於每分鐘就有一戶敘國家庭因內戰而逃亡。
3.33億名難民中，三分之二是因過去幾年的戰爭而無家可歸。
挪威難民理事會境內流離失所者監控中心(Internal Displacement Monitoring Centre)的資料顯示，其中63%的難民集中在敘利亞、哥倫比亞、奈及利亞、剛果與蘇丹等5國。
