男被控趁女睡覺性侵　法院判不成立

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】英國一名男子，被人指控趁女方睡覺時發生性行為，更將整個過程上傳到臉書。事後他被控告性侵，但陪審團最終裁定罪名不成立。

一名女子今年6月初報警，指控22歲的男子布勞恩(Stephen Brawn)性侵，還將過程拍片上傳到臉書，而她也是在獲親友告知後，才驚覺自己是片中主角。布勞恩承認拍片放上臉書，但否認性侵。他供稱該名女子答應與他做愛，更准許他拍片以便讓她醒來後觀看。布勞恩還說，隔日對方醒來後看完短片，2人更再次做愛。

雖然布勞恩堅持是對方自願，但警方仍以性侵罪起訴他。陪審團經商議後，前日裁定布勞恩罪名不成立。布勞恩還說警方工作馬虎，應查看女方的另一支手機，就會知道他們曾交換親密照片，清楚他沒有性侵。
