不滿商周不道歉　乳業今提告求償千萬元

【朱正庭／台北報導】針對《商業周刊》上月底刊出「牛奶駭人」專題指稱抽驗乳品驗出抗生素、避孕藥等成分，引起社會譁然，今中華民國乳業協會、中華民國酪農協會，今天下午將到台北地方法院正式提告，將向《商周》求償千萬元並登報道歉。

酪農協會表示，該篇錯誤報導重創酪農商譽和營業損失，且至今未對乳品產業表達歉意，才提告維護產業名譽。 酪農會秘書長方清泉表示，根據乳品工廠業者統計，該報導一出，銷量已受到影響，損失已超過2億元，且損失還在累積中，但《商周》卻無正式道歉，不願認錯，今才決定正式按鈴提告。
