日月光排水造假 高市：蓄意之嫌 可處停工

日月光公司K7廠被高雄市環保局查出涉嫌將含有重金屬和強酸的廢水排進後勁溪，高雄市環保局長陳金德今天表示，日月光除了偷排廢水之外，排放資料還涉嫌造假，非常嚴重，已經達到勒令停工的標準，日月光K7廠要有停工的心理準備。

高雄市環保局長陳金德下午召開記者會指出，日月光K7廠的排放水數據造假，應該向社會大眾說明與道歉。

此外，陳金德也指出，日月光的K11廠，沒有經過核准就多設置一座「備用槽」，這座「備用槽」長、寬大約8公尺x8公尺，深度大約10公尺，相當於兩層樓深，顯然有蓄意偷排廢水之嫌。
