陳巧明列被告 傳喚不到將拘提

詹姓高中生遭到虐死，檢警在12月10日將「日月明功」負責人陳巧明，依傷害致死罪列為被告，今天可能傳喚陳巧明到案，如果不到就會拘提。

檢警日前搜索「日月明功」靈修場所默園，找到了疑似虐死高中生的水管，目前已被查扣，在提訊死者母親之後，懷疑有共犯，「日月明功」負責人陳巧明之前以關係人身份接受偵訊，但說詞反覆，可能有涉案，檢警將陳巧明列被告，如傳喚不到將拘提。
