餐廳名稱：玫瑰緣別館冠軍拉麵消費時間：2013年/9月地址：台北市大安區大安路一段83巷8號電話：(02)2721 6688 每人平均價位：200 ========================================================= 圖文版：http://peko721.pixnet.net/blog/post/37824201 ========================================================= 說到拉麵的一級戰區絕對是東區沒錯，老店新店林立，有時候一條街就有三家拉麵店；「玫瑰緣別館」是東區的老字號拉麵店，壁剛好是人氣也很夯的「樂麵屋」。老店拉攏年輕客群推出拉麵吃到飽「玫瑰緣別館」的麵條有細根之分特製熊本冠軍拉麵 $220 PEKO選了粗麵，口感比預期中軟，少了一點Q彈的嚼勁，還帶有一絲的粉味，但份量驚人。據說這湯頭可是慢熬１３小時，實際品嚐濃稠卻沒有油膩感，但有點像台式的什錦麵湯頭。這碗冠軍拉麵最特別的地方莫過於加了一片可以起司，讓湯頭更為濃郁，但相對的熱量也更高。不會不好吃，但就是很台式，看來PEKO的胃口已經被其他日式拉麵店給慣壞了，真的很挑，與其花兩百多吃「玫瑰緣別館」的冠軍拉麵，PEKO更推薦同樣位於東區的「屯京拉麵」。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.128.97.218
