輕颱潭美觸地 風雨持續增加中

根據氣象局於十一點半發布最新的颱風動態，潭美的暴風圈已經接觸台灣東北角，預報課課長陳怡良說，從現在開始正式進入颱風影響台灣最劇烈的時間。

陳怡良表示，早上的雨帶在苗栗、台中一帶，東北部外海則觀測到高達三公尺的浪。雖然中南部目前還不在暴風圈中，但是局部強風強雨並不輸警戒區，請民眾不要掉以輕心。
