三輪的可以, 四輪的不能? 說的過去嗎?!

交通部指出，為降低機車肇事，考量三輪機車操控穩定性和安全性較高，年底將修法開放一般民眾騎乘原僅限身障者騎乘的三輪機車，並研議三輪機車考照取消7秒直線通行、但加考倒車路考，最快明年上路。評估三輪機車的抓地力、穩定性比兩輪機車高，且義大利和日本等國已擴大給一般民眾使用，因此將修法，讓非身障者也可騎乘三輪機車。

既然開放的理由是操控穩定性和安全性較兩輪機車高,且義大利和日本等國已擴大給一般民眾使用,那沒道理三輪的機車可以開放而四輪的機車不行啊 orz
