遏止黑心油品　朱立倫：重罰才最有效

餿水油風波延燒，新北市長朱立倫今天出席新北市社區桌球聯誼賽及運動嘉年華活動，面對媒體詢問時表示，食安事件其實最重要在源頭，源頭的工廠一定要嚴格稽查，而且一定要重罰，才能有效遏止，讓黑心廠商不敢以身試法。

朱立倫表示，食安是最基本的要求，要從上、中、下游全民一起要求，但最重要的還是在源頭，源頭的這些廠商，一定要做最嚴格的稽查，從過去到最近的幾件食安事件，中央到地方政府都有檢討的必要；朱立倫說，台灣北部比較屬於消費端，消保官和衛生單位稽查就平時就要做，再來一定要重罰，道德勸說很重要，但「重罰才是最有效」讓黑心廠商不敢以身試法，他認為，餿水油是毒害全民，應用最嚴格的法律來處理。（曾佳俊／新北報導）
