地下道積水害死人　市議員要消防局負責

 台中市昨日午後暴雨造成大甲區民生路地下道嚴重積水，不慎駕車駛入的陳姓婦人清晨宣告不治，台中市議員陳水彬上午在市政會議質詢時痛罵消防局長廖明川「才下點小雨就死人，消防局應該全面檢討，立即交出報告，負起全責！｣

陳姓婦人是在昨晚七時多開車載著兩名子女誤入地下道，根據氣象局資料當時一個小時內狂下九十毫米，陳婦等三人在積水逾一人高的地下道受困近二十分鐘，經大甲消防隊緊急救援，兩名小孩目前無生命危險，最後脫困的母親送醫時已無生命跡象，清晨七點拔管宣告不治。(鄭敏玲／台中報導)
