我的word開不了 超急我的工作怎麼辦!!!?

因為我的word 在開老闆傳給我的檔案

可是一直都開不了 就只有老闆的那個檔案開不了
word無法啟動轉換程式mswrd632

所以想說爬文怎麼辦 聽信網路說: 把放棄自訂設定並還原成設定值打勾

然後按開始

然後就失敗了 安裝錯誤:找不到檔案

接著我的word全部開不起來!

阿~~~完蛋了 要被開除了
