台股在平盤上下震盪，新台幣兌美元20日早盤則是先貶後升，在修正前一交易日央行阻升下，呈現升值走勢，盤中最高價來到30.083元、升值逾1角，不過，由於亞洲貨幣包括韓元、人民幣兌美元走弱，新台幣兌美元實質走勢也是偏弱，隨後在30.1元盤整。

亞洲貨幣兌美元偏弱，韓元來到1065韓元兌1美元，人民幣兌美元中間價來到6.1083，較前一交易日中間價貶值0.0042。

至於新台幣，匯銀人士指出，早盤以30.23元、貶值0.9分開出後，一度下探30.24元，隨後在修正央行前一交易日阻升的補升效應下，新台幣隨後止貶回升，一度來到30.083元、升值1.38角。

不過，由於亞洲貨幣偏弱，新台幣兌美元隨後拉回至30.1元震盪整理，截至上午10時止，新台幣兌美元30.094元、升值1.27角。
