卓伯仲判9年 卓伯源引邱吉爾話回應

彰化縣長卓伯源的胞弟卓伯仲介入縣政府採購2012台灣燈會環保袋採購案，今天被彰化地方法院重判9年，縣長卓伯源透過縣政府作出回應，引用英國首相邱吉爾的話「風箏逆著風飛最高，不是順著風」，也就是說「一個人的成就出自於逆境而不是順境，對於司法判決，相關個人透過司法程序，還原事實爭取清白，縣政府尊重司法審理。」

卓伯源又引用達賴喇嘛的話，「有時，我們所愛的人反而帶給我們更多的擔憂」，卓伯源強調，將一秉過往，以堅忍的毅力，培養安定慈悲的聰慧之心，持續為民服務，再創彰化高峰。
