捷運熱搜前10名站點　皆由新北市拿下

【張菱育／台北報導】捷運站開通，讓周邊住戶交通更加便利，也帶動房市買氣，網路業者統計熱搜捷運站關鍵字排行，發現全台已通車的107個捷運站前10名，皆由新北市拿下，台北市與高雄市都落榜。

好房網總編吳光中分析，網友熱蒐前10名捷運站，都座落捷運第一環精華區，且全都位於3大主要捷運沿線，包含板南線、中和新蘆線、淡水線，都具備交通便利，到台北市市中心僅5~20分鐘等交通優勢，第一名為捷運新埔站，周邊住宅每坪平均58萬元、第二名為江子翠站，周邊住宅均價為54.3萬元。
