請問DNS SERVER NAME如何設定

你好，
我原本網址申請所指向的DNS都是在別人的"虛擬主機"上
但現在我想要將DNS指向我自己的電腦
我電腦有安裝APACHE
但不曉得是否還需另外安裝DNS伺服器之類的
因為對這方面很不了解
上網查資料也像是無頭蒼蠅，不知從何找起

簡單來說就是，我想使用者打上網址，就會自動連結到我這台電腦APACHE裡的某個資料夾
但我去申請網址(www.jstar.com.tw)的平台，設定DNS指向
卻只能設定"Name server,"這樣的東西

給各位看一下我進入申請網址網頁的DNS設定圖片

好像沒有可以只打"IP位址的地方"
還是說我設定的時候一定要設定Name server這樣的東西，才能用DNS轉向呢?
好吧，我真的很難理解這些複雜的東西！

只是想知道能否使用者打網址，可以連結到我這台電腦
