我的三星S3 ROOT完，想刷回原廠 跪求幫助

因為手機之前有用 1鍵ROOT 沒刷機，
我已經把手機的刷機次數歸零了，
但手機還是顯示已修改沒辦法自己軟體更新，
聽說還要刷ROM ，手機有才辦法可以自己更新，
請問該如何刷和用哪些工具刷?
請問是去下載S3的ROM原廠，然後用Odin3 v.1.85
載入刷好就可以變回原廠 ， 手機就可以開始自動更新軟體嗎?

以爬文但看不太懂 跪求解答 謝謝
