與美高層會談 金溥聰不克返台

中華民國駐美代表金溥聰23日不克返台赴立法院報告，駐美官員今天指出，金溥聰因安排會晤美國高層官員，商談雙邊重要議案，已依程序請假，並非藐視國會。

立法院外交及國防委員會原排定23日邀駐美國台北經濟文化代表處代表金溥聰報告「台美關係之發展與未來展望」。

駐美官員表示，金溥聰安排與美國高層官員洽談台美重要議案，且會後仍需要等候美國方面回應，趕不及23日返台赴立法院報告。
