  【王煌忠／台中報導】警檢偵辦詹姓高中生虐死案，昨天拘提日月明功負責人陳巧明、幹部許愛珍等被告到案，陳巧明由律師陪同經過四個多小時偵訊至接近今天凌晨零時許結束，在警力戒護下搭上偵防車解送彰化地檢署複訊，面對媒體包圍詢問「為何要虐死高中生？」、「妳為什麼那麼殘忍？」等問題，陳巧明以圍巾包覆頭部低頭不語。
