低頭族玩手機可要當心，中國河南一名19歲男子，最近就因為手機玩太兇，下半身一度癱瘓。

這名男子是餐廳廚師，日前下班後一直玩手機玩到半夜2點，準備睡覺時這才發現脖子僵硬，全身劇痛，下半身不能動彈，送醫後發現，他是因為頸椎出血，形成血腫、壓迫到脊髓，才造成癱瘓，還好及時發現，手術後已經康復。

醫師警告，長期低頭玩手機，會引發肌腱炎、頸椎退變等疾病，最好要記得定時休息，不要沈迷，以免賠掉健康，抱憾終身。
