就算是一個優秀世代，總有一天會凋零。
1994年的NBA選秀人才不少，如今此梯隊還「僅存」在聯盟的最後一位球員也宣布退役，同時轉任邁阿密熱火助理教練，他是Juwan Howard。
熱火球團今天宣布人事異動，當中包括讓入隊3年的Howard轉任助教，將負責協助球員發展。
Howard在1994年透過選秀加盟華盛頓巫師，當年球隊名稱還叫「華盛頓子彈」，足見年代久遠。
19年職業生涯中，Howard效力過巫師、達拉斯小牛、丹佛金塊、奧蘭多魔術、休士頓火箭、夏洛特山貓、波特蘭拓荒者，最後帶著兩枚冠軍戒在熱火含笑退休。
