有合約書,土地權狀沒有名字,如何處理

多人共有一筆土地,但是當初購買合約書上面有多人一起立約,但是只由其中四人名義在土地所有權狀上登記,
也就是說土地權狀上面有四人共有,但是實際上是10人共有,當初買賣合約書上面有簽約資料,如今要賣該土地,其他合約書上面有實際立約與出錢之人如何爭取,
