沒有什麼不可取代,只有好不好取代的差異一個人能力很強,要搞走的方式很多種增加很多人來作同樣的事情,稀釋重要性業務還沒很吃緊的時候趕緊喊停直接讓相關業務消失試著將人調去做其他業務美其名開拓新市場實際上是離開自己熟悉的環境能力很強很難取代就想辦法玩你企業總是有很多黑暗面或內鬥碰到一個好主管真的比什麼都重要... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.141.110.120
