冷氣機的貨物稅問題

各位朋友~~

1.冷氣機的壓縮機，是不是只有冷媒壓縮機並且超過五噸以上，才需要課徵貨物稅呢??還是其它的壓縮機只要超過五噸都要課徵貨物稅??

2.汽車用的冷氣壓縮機，是不是所有都要課徵160%的貨物稅呢?? 汽車用的冷氣壓縮機只有冷媒壓縮機一種而已嗎??
