其實我原本要去做瑜伽，但是生病要多休息不能運動。想請問大家推拿跟按摩哪個比較好？我想要病快點好…外加我是真的腰酸背痛到極點！！按摩的話…因為小妹沒有經驗所以會選擇板上大家都很推的視障按摩，有人說他力道比較輕！請問還有人有推薦的嘛？推拿就不太清楚了……一直都只有看到廣宣… 對了！除了感冒跟腰酸背痛，還有疑似中暑…好像挺嚴重的！因為上個月藥師就說我輕度中暑，現在辦公室裡媽媽級的都說我中暑了！謝謝大家看完，麻煩大家推薦…謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.180.180.98
