記憶卡照片讀取問題

今天把手機記憶卡插入電腦時
突然發現照片無法讀取
這時電腦告訴我是否要「修正錯誤（建議選項）」（類似的句子）
於是我就點選它
完成後電腦顯示「問題已解決」
但是我再點開資料夾時
發現原先的相片資料夾（DCIM）內的子資料夾
變成一個無法開啟的檔案！！！

請問有人知道該怎麼解救嗎？？？？？？
