我在台中烏日一家豐華中古車行買了一台二手車，後來我發現他們的服務品質並不怎麼好，而且當初在買他們也沒跟我說過要做在他們店內做大保養才能啟動保固，可是我訂金跟契約都已經簽下去，這就算了，我想說第一次買車遇到黑心車商我也認了，雖然他們還是拍了成交照片，可是並未經過我同意他們卻po在他們的網路上宣傳，讓我覺得有點噁心，請問我是不是可以對他們提告侵犯肖像權??
