Catcher is allowed to re-enter as pitcher, however pitcher is not permitted to re-enter as catcher or pitcher. The re-entry of starting player is allowed as long as the replacement player has played at least 6 outs and 1 time at bat. C7.8. Each pitcher must observe a day(s) rest as follows: 1 - 30 no rest 31 - 45 1 day 46 - 60 2 days 61 - 75 3 days max 85 4 days 3. Pitcher cannot pitch 3 consecutive days if pitcher’s first 2 days combined exceed 30. 4. If pitcher’s day 1 + day 2 exceeds 30, they require at least 1 days rest. Pitcher cannot pitch 4 consecutive days. One (1) days rest is needed. 6.
