快訊　馬英九鞠躬道歉　親自回應洪案

【綜合報導】枉死洪案第21天，總統馬英九今天下午在國民黨中常會鞠躬道歉，盼國防與法務部相互配合偵辦，也應適當地讓外界了解案情，對家屬清楚及完整交代，還洪家一個公道。

另，馬英九要軍中通盤檢討，不允許類似悲劇再發生，令國防部部長高華柱本周五前，拿出具體保障人權的改革方案，向總統報告。
