大家好小弟有個問題想請教大家..請不吝指教小弟不小心撞到他人車輛雖然我有保險，保額也足夠但新安保險卻回覆我撞到的車..因為是老車殘值只剩不到7萬..修好要12萬所以他們只能理賠6萬多..其他自付因為小弟沒多少錢.. 光拖吊費就花了11000元..罰款34千這樣不就還要多花錢陪車撞新車可以全賠..撞舊車不能全賠這樣有甚麼方法可以處理~我已經沒辦法了請大家有方法請幫忙教教小弟感恩 -- 心裡有愛的時候，沒有女孩有了女孩，卻永遠沒有了愛的感覺。在聽到女人抱怨世上沒有一個好男人的時候他們不會再去努力做個好男人，只是微笑著擦肩而過。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.124.225.58
