從重金屬挑戰賽2013 (Heavy Metal Run 2013) 到Oxfam Trailwalker 2013 (樂施毅行者 2013) Faith Believers的成立 感激總有您鼓勵上篇

這一個blog，想寫已久，但著實不知從何說好！然而，即使在In All Those Running Years最困惑艱難的時期，仍感身旁被許許多多的鼓勵與正能量所支持與包圍著，我應當感恩！ 此blog應該從回顧、感恩與共勉出發！雖然今年的重金屬挑戰賽2013已於5月尾舉行，但還想分享比賽前3個月的特別訓練與比賽當中的點滴。 論結果而言，今年比賽的時間是失望，但更應該冷靜分析事件始末，找出改善的方法，方能衝出暗黑，昂首向前！
