刀鋒戰士槍殺女友案 南非法院判無罪

法新社報導，被指控去年情人節當天槍殺女友的「刀鋒戰士」奧斯卡‧皮斯托瑞斯，經南非法官審理後，認為檢方沒能夠證明皮斯托瑞斯「有明確殺人動機」，判決「刀鋒戰士」故意殺人罪名不成立。

法官先前在宣判中表示，證人的證詞有矛盾，皮斯托瑞斯的女友在被害當晚是否發出叫聲「有疑點」。

28歲的皮斯托瑞斯曾經風光拿下五面殘障奧運金牌，他被控涉嫌在2013年2月14日情人節當天，槍殺女友里瓦‧斯滕坎普，皮斯托瑞斯否認故意開槍，並稱他以為是有人潛入住宅。
