柯文哲月底訪大阪、東京　陳佩琪未陪同

無黨籍台北市長參選人柯文哲，確定將在本月27到29日，出訪日本的大阪、東京市，今已發邀請函給媒體，出訪費用包括機票與旅社，則由媒體自付，至於柯妻陳佩琪是否陪同訪日，柯辦表示目前沒有規劃。

柯文哲日前受訪指出，出國訪問除了學習當地優點外，因這些城市都曾有在野大聯盟成功執政的經驗，這趟也是去了解對方政治架構、觀察部會之間溝通。（張博亭／台北報導）
