路透報導，美國政府9月1日要求北韓政府「基於人道關切」，釋放目前在北韓遭到拘留的3名美國公民裴俊虎、福爾、與米勒。

3人9月1日接受美國有線電視新聞網（ＣＮＮ）罕見訪問時，要求美國政府協助他們返國。

裴俊虎遭北韓判刑15年，目前坐牢中，福爾和米勒則在待審中。
