急煞害跌跤 公車賠33萬

〔自由時報記者張筱笛、吳亮儀／台北報導〕100年9月，75歲林姓婦人搭乘大有巴士時，林姓司機突然緊急煞車，林婦跌倒造成左大腿骨折、背部變形隆起等傷害，原本熱愛跳舞的她從此無法運動，怒告司機與大有巴士求償100萬元。

台北地院認定，依道路交通規則，公車不得驟然減速，司機無故煞車卻認為林婦應該坐穩、抓穩並不合理，判林婦勝訴；大有與司機應連帶賠償醫藥費、精神賠償金共33萬元。對於判決結果，司機透過公司轉述表示，將和律師討論後再決定是否上訴。
