女討不到千元餐費　亮刀猛刺男友車

台中市林姓男子和丁姓女友出遊，因午餐錢該由誰出翻臉，丁女憤而以水果刀割壞林男車子皮椅，兩人為此分手，林男除提告索賠還翻舊帳。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，林男與丁女出遊，中午1000元飯錢由女方支付，林男晚間載丁女回住處，丁女索討飯錢，林男認為小錢也要計較，雙方發生爭吵。丁女竟從包包拿出水果刀猛刺座椅。林男除提告索賠，還翻舊帳，認為對方以美色誘騙交往，追討給她的100萬元、電腦等。法官判決丁女破壞車子應賠3萬餘元，其餘則以喜歡美色，林男自己也要負責駁回。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
