你大概會拿到12天的薪水，並且收到6天的遣散費，所以是18天的薪水(我朋友工作8天就被遣退，就拿了大約12天的薪水)。
不過在談薪資時不是會給你簽一個約聘書嗎?上面應該有寫遣散費如合計算，假如是3個月的試用期的話....你剛上班就要請假....難怪老闆對你的印象不是很好。
