美國今天說，中國大陸已再度試射用來摧毀衛星的飛彈，美國並且呼籲北京不要再進行破壞穩定的行動。

美國國務院發言人哈夫（Marie Harf）說，大陸是在本月23日進行這項「非破壞性的」試射。她說，2007年大陸曾進行破壞性的試射反衛星飛彈，結果在太空中製造數以千計的危險碎片。

哈夫今天說，持續發展和試射具有破壞性的反飛彈系統「威脅到所有國家依賴的外太空環境長期安全和永續性」。

新華社在23日晚間曾引述大陸國防部的聲明報導，大陸已從境內的陸地進行一次成功的「飛彈攔截測試」。

但新華社並未說，這是測試反衛星飛彈系統，而只是說，測試能夠加強中國大陸對抗彈道飛彈的防空能力。（譯者：中央社簡長盛）1030726
