中文名稱：假人參、土人參

英文名稱： Panicled Fameflower

學名： Talinum paniculatum (有其他異學名)

馬齒莧科假人參屬(Talinum)

原產於美洲，台灣於 1911 年引入，

由於生命力強韌，種子的繁殖速度快

現已變常常見之野草啦~~~

因為年老植株有儲存養分的大塊根部

很像人參的樣子，

所以中文俗名就叫假人參或土人參

他可做觀賞花卉，亦可食用當野菜，還有藥用功能
