small but potent！　女孩非洲多哥當志工

20歲成年禮竟是到非洲小國當志工！輔仁大學電機系二年級學生鄭涵云，平時擔任國際志工，熱衷幫助別人，今年1月決定送給自己一份難忘的20歲成年禮，說服父母隻身飛往非洲西邊小國「多哥」，在這個被聯合國認定貧窮標準裡的最貧瘠的國家擔任教育志工，教導當地中學生學習電腦基本應用，她也趁機推廣中文與台灣文化，看到學生認真學習，讓她體會「small but potent」（小而有力）的意涵，也懂得珍惜、知足。

鄭涵云說，1個半月志工生活，就像從天堂到地獄，除克服水土不服、以及沒有網路、水、電的生活，又歷經重感冒與軍警持槍衝入校園逮人過程，讓她返國後更懂得珍惜、知足，也學會時時放大幸福快樂，縮小痛苦抱怨。（曾伯愷／新北報導）
