Amazon Jp 超商到店取貨付款的問題

這次有在amazon jp上訂了幾樣物品,使用lawson到店取貨付款
物品已經寄到超商了,無奈班機取消,無法到東京,自然也無法取貨付款了

看了一下amazon的規定,超過十天後沒取貨付款就會退回amazon
那這樣需要付手續費嗎?
