緬甸宣布　釋放所有政治犯

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】緬甸政府昨天宣布大舉特赦所有政治犯。改革派總統登盛（Thein Sein）先前已矢言，將在今年年底前釋放所有政治犯。
 
法新社引述國營媒體發布的總統聲明，指過去所有依據爭議性惡法被捕的人士將一律獲釋。所有正在審理中的相關案件也一律結案，所有被告立即釋放。目前還不清楚總共會有多少人獲釋。異議人士先前曾估計，緬甸至少還有40名政治犯仍在關押中。
 
國際人權組織「人權觀察」（Human Rights Watch）研究員馬蒂森（David Mathieson）表示，緬甸政壇已逾25年未有如此大動作，「若承諾實現，是極為全面性的變革。」
